CBPA Progress
We are dedicated to keeping you informed about the progress and implementation of the Community Benefits Partnership Agreement, or CBPA, for the Aggie Square innovation district in Sacramento. This agreement, developed through extensive community input and collaboration between UC Davis, Wexford Science + Technology, and the City of Sacramento, aims to ensure that the project brings inclusive economic development and benefits to the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Community Benefits Partnership Agreement, approved by Sacramento's City Council April 6, 2021, addresses key issues discussed during community meetings and focuses on areas such affordable housing, jobs, youth engagement, community access to resources, the establishment of an Aggie Square Community Fund, and more.
On this webpage, you will find updates on the implementation of the agreement, milestones achieved, and ongoing initiatives. We believe in transparency and accountability, and our goal is to ensure that the community benefits outlined in the agreement are realized and shared with our neighbors and stakeholders throughout the region.
Explore the information, stay informed about the latest developments, and engage with us as we work together to make Aggie Square a catalyst for positive change and opportunity for the Sacramento community and beyond.
