Sacramento Awards $40,000 to Youth STEM Programs Near Aggie Square

The City of Sacramento, in partnership with Wexford Science & Technology, awarded a total of $40,000 to the following local programs: Mark Twain Elementary’s Tower Bridge Tales, The Salvation Army’s Summer STEM Camp, CITRIS at UC Davis, and Hope Technologies Sacramento’s Digital Enrichment Program.

UC Davis to Launch Engineering Master’s Degree in Medical Device Development

The UC Davis Department of Biomedical Engineering will launch a new nine-month master’s degree program in medical device development at Aggie Square with classes beginning in September 2025.
